Meet J.P.
J.P. Redmond, Owner & Head Trainer
J.P.'s fitness journey began much like that of many trainers - as a passionate athlete. From a young age, he engaged in a wide range of sports, basically any sport that had some type of goal and was competitive. This passion persisted throughout his high school years, where he proudly represented his school as a three-sport athlete. His journey in sports didn't end there; he went on to play football at the division three level.
As an adult, J.P. ventured into the corporate world, but soon realized that his true calling lay in athletics, particularly in strength and conditioning. His path led him to explore various aspects of fitness, from bodybuilding to coaching college football under the guidance of one of the best in the field. This experience inspired J.P. to create a program that would help both youth and adults achieve their fitness, physique, and performance goals.

Youth Athlete Training

We specialize in helping young athletes unlock their full potential. Our training programs are built from a blend of proven methods used by the world’s top performers — drawing from powerlifting, strongman, calisthenics, sprint mechanics, mobility, and flexibility work.
Every program is tailored to meet your child’s individual needs. Whether they’re preparing for the next season, returning from an injury, or working toward a collegiate opportunity, we give them the athletic tools to stand out on the field — and stay in the game.
From building explosive speed and strength to enhancing mobility and reducing injury risk, our goal is to help them become a complete athlete.
What we do:
Every athlete starts with an individual evaluation. Based on their sport, position, movement patterns, and goals, we design a focused plan that includes:
Speed Development – linear & multidirectional acceleration
Strength & Power Training – safe, progressive, and sport-specific
Mobility & Flexibility – to enhance performance and reduce injury
Injury Support – in collaboration with trusted physical therapists
We work closely with families and professionals to ensure each athlete gets the right support — whether they’re returning from an injury or training to dominate their next season.

As a former college athlete and coach, I know exactly what it takes to reach the next level. I've seen the gaps in most youth training systems — and I’m here to fill them.
We don’t just run drills. We evaluate, educate, and equip young athletes with the performance habits, movement quality, and strength needed to rise above the competition and build a foundation that lasts.

1-on-1 Training
$90 / session
With 1-on-1 training, we provide personalized programming tailored to your specific goals and challenges. Our focus is on improving your mobility, enhancing your strength, and boosting your overall performance. Every session lasts 55 minutes and includes a dynamic warm-up and strength training regimen.
Semi-private Training
$45 / person / session
In our semi-private training, you'll be part of a small group of 2-3 individuals. Each session offers custom programming designed to build strength, increase mobility, and transform your physique. Discover the benefits of training in a supportive group setting.
Virtual Training
$280 / month
1-on-1 experience from the comfort of your home. Mobility, strength, and conditioning are all from your pocket. The ability to have the programming you need to reach your physical goals from your pocket.
